The fifth and currently final chapter of the Treatise section deals specifically with Nativities and specific details concerning the interpretation of Nativities that are useful for the student of Astrology. One of the most important pieces of information that an astrologer needs to collect before casting a Nativity is the time of birth. The time of the birth is manditory for the setting and placing of the Ascendant and the rest of the Houses (depending on which House model is used). Without this information the astrologer loses a large portion of material that is useful in interpretation. The lack of a birth time has always been a problem as long as there has been Nativities cast, therefore the Traditional fathers of Astrology have invented certain methods in which to discover this if it is unknown, or verify the information if it is known for accuracy. This is one of the most important tools in all Astrology and therefore should be understood by all students.

Chapter 5.1 - Concerning Birth Time Rectification & Verification

Death is quite a taboo subject in Astrology and many astrologers will glaze over it or sugar coat the fact that each Nativity shows not only the time of death but also the method. Analyzing death significations is quite important, even if it is for self study.

Chapter 5.2 - Concerning the significations of Death

Chapter 5.3 - Concerning indicators of precursors to Death

Riches and wealth are an important part of life. In order to live and survive individuals need substance in which to trade for life sustaining nourishment. However Nativities can shove all scales of wealth and poverty and there are many significators to each of these. Since fiancial qustions come up considerably within the Astrological community it seemed appropriate to include all of the indicators of wealth (or poverty) found in a chart.

Chapter 5.4 - Concerning Wealth and Poverty

Chapter 5.5 - Concerning the times Wealth or Poverty will come

Chapter 5.6 - Concerning the means Wealth or Poverty will come

The family significations are quite important in Astrology, especially when determining difficulties raised within the family, if brothers and sisters will get along and many other issues that almost all families are involved in. Family significations are important for the student of Astrology to learn and know.

Chapter 5.7 - Concerning significations of the Family

The Head & Tail of the Dragon (also called the Lunar Nodes or the North and South Node) are a prominant force found in Traditional Astrology. These points represent a benevolent (the head) and a malevolent (the tail) force in every chart. Each of the positions of the Head and Tail of the Dragon in a Nativity bestows a certain dignity and debility due to its placement. This section helps illustrate the meaning behind these positions. While I do not believe in simply listing interpretations because these points are so archaic in their interpretation, I thought it appropriate to offer the students of traditional Astrology some insights into the force and influence these points have in the Nativity.

Chapter 5.8 - The Head & Tail of the Dragon

Each individual placed on this earth has a specific look and temperament that is unique to them alone. However there are a lot of qualities that each individual has in degress depending on their person. There are different singiifcators in a chart which can show these qualities and what brings these to the surface. Since there are so many combinations of Planets, Signs, degrees & etc. there are a myriad of combinations of physical features and temperaments that can be created. By Astrology, we can mix each of these to determine the makeup of the person represented in the chart. This treatise will give illustration of the significations of looks and temperament.

Chapter 5.9 - Physical Features and Temperament of the Native.
