Face - An Essential dignity that is of minimal power but has multiple purposes. Each sign is broken into three faces ruled by each of the 7 Planets. Each sign is divided into 3 sections of 10 degrees each making 36 Faces.
Fall - A debility to a planet of a lesser degree than the detriment. It is based off the lowest point the Planet travels (opposed to the Exaltation based on the highest point).
Feminine Signs - There are 6 feminine signs in the Zodiac which possess a stronger feminine nature because of their passive elements then their counterparts. These signs are Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, & Pisces.
Fiery Signs - Fire is the predominant element in these signs and thus they are called fiery. They include Aries, Leo, & Sagittarius.
Firdar/Fidaria - The Persian Astrologers divided mans life up and assigned the Planets each a certain amount of years to rule over. The Firdar are primarily used in prediction of the events of the natives future based on what Planet rules what year of the natives life.
Fixed Signs - The fixed signs are those which have a nature that is fixed (as opposed to volatile) which include Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius.
Fixed Stars - The fixed stars are points in the sky that remain fixed (as opposed to the moveable stars being the Planets who orbit). The fixed stars contain in themselves power and influence as the Planets do. They are called fixed because they do not appear to move however Ptolemy states that every 100 years they shift one degree.
Fortunes - There are two natural fortunes in Astrology, those being Jupiter and Venus. Jupiter is known as the greater fortune and Venus the lesser fortune.
Fruitful/Fertile Signs - Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are deemed fruitful because of their abundance of moisture.
Frustration - This occurs when two slower Planets are coming to an aspect and a swifter Planet beats the slower to the aspect cutting the slower Planet off from making the aspect.

Essential Dignity/Debility - A dignity/debility that comes from the placement of a Planet in a certain sign whose nature agrees or disagrees with it.
Exaltation/Exalted - An Essential dignity that is the highest point a Planet will reach in the sky. The higher a planet reaches the more honoured they are and thus more powerful.
