Sagittarius - The ninth sign of the Zodiac and ruling over horses.

Slow of course/motion - When any planet moves below its average motion or speed.
Succedent Houses - The houses which follow after the angular houses, consisting of the houses; 2, 5, 8 and 11. These houses are considered intermediately benevolent.
